Andrew L. Nesbitt
Founder and Sole Member
Before starting his own firm in 2010, Andrew Nesbitt spent the first eight years of his law career practicing at Charlotte firms — first at Grier, Furr & Crisp PA, then at Moore & Van Allen PLLC. This experience was an essential training ground for Andrew that also fanned his desire to open his own firm committed to deeper, more collaborative relationships with clients, to understand each client’s unique situation, and counsel and teach in service of the client’s best interests. Born in Asheville, Andrew’s family moved to Charlotte when he was seven. He attended Charlotte Latin School and earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 2008, Andrew became a North Carolina Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning & Probate Law.
Associate Attorney Sabrina O’Hare joined Nesbitt Law in May 2016. She attended the University of South Carolina, where she received her undergraduate degree in 2012. In 2015, she received her J.D. from the Wake Forest University School of Law. She is currently a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the Mecklenburg County Bar Association. Sabrina passed the South Carolina Bar Exam in 2017 and is now licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
