Andrew L. Nesbitt

Andrew Nesbitt is the sole member of Nesbitt Law PLLC. He was born in Asheville, NC and moved to Charlotte, NC at age 7. Andrew attended Charlotte Latin School and graduated in 1995. After graduation from Charlotte Latin School, Andrew attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he received his undergraduate degree in 1999 and his law degree in 2002. After law school, Andrew returned to Charlotte and practiced with the law firm of Grier, Furr & Crisp PA until 2005 and the law firm of Moore & Van Allen PLLC from 2005 until 2010.  In October 2010, Andrew opened Nesbitt Law PLLC. In 2008, Andrew became a North Carolina Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning & Probate Law.

Sabrina M. O'Hare

Sabrina O’Hare is an Associate Attorney at Nesbitt Law PLLC. She attended the University of South Carolina where she received her undergraduate degree in 2012. She then attended the Wake Forest University School of Law where she received her J.D. in 2015. Sabrina joined the firm in May 2016 after becoming licensed to practice law in North Carolina in 2015. She is currently a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the Mecklenburg County Bar Association.

Rebecca D. Nesbitt

Rebecca Nesbitt is a paralegal and office manager at Nesbitt Law PLLC. Rebecca attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received her undergraduate degree in 2000 and her Masters degree in 2002. After working as an occupational therapist for ten years at a local retirement community, Rebecca made a career change and now works with her husband, Andrew, and primarily focuses on estate administration.
